SOLAR – OPPORTUNITIES –FIT

(Medium to Large Scale Projects ≥ 250 kilowatts)

Gengrowth is partnering with property owners all across Ontario for the purpose of installing solar power projects on their property under the Ontario Power Authority's Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) Program. To participate in this exciting opportunity, we require that property owners enter into a lease agreement with Gengrowth enabling us to install and operate a solar power project on your property.

A Secure Return on Investment: The entities purchasing the electricity generated by the renewable energy projects are government entities that are very creditworthy counterparties. There is very minimal risk that the Government entities will stop making payments.
Income Diversification: Renewable energy is a new kind of "crop" that thrives under different weather conditions than agricultural crops and can help reduce the variation of your overall income stream.
Consistency of Income with Limited Impact: From our solar projects, you can expect to receive a consistent annual income and have control over where the solar project will be located on your property. We work closely with you to identify those areas on your property where you want to limit or restrict the installation of solar equipment so that the solar project fits well with what you want for your property.
