Position:
Land Acquisition Specialist (reference # GG-001-5002).
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or real estate experience;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Access to/ownership of an automobile; and
- A valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.

2. Administrative / Data Entry Clerk
This position is designed to provide support to senior management in several key areas of the company. The tasks are administrative and clerical in nature and will vary depending on business requirements. It will be critical that the candidate be able to follow set procedures and database instructions and meet specific throughput standards.
Position:
Administrative / Data Entry Clerk (reference # GG-002-5002).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify legal documents using Microsoft Office.
- Manage incoming documents, both hard and soft copy files.
- Perform data entry with attention to accuracy.
- Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post secondary diploma or degree is preferred.
- 2 – 4 years administrative support experience.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Data entry experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Reliable and adaptable.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner.
- Ability to work as a team player
Compensation:
- This is a 10 month contract position with potential for longer-term employment. Remuneration is based on applicant experience. The position requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
