1. Land Agent Specialists
Gengrowth is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial, driven land leasing representatives in specific areas of Ontario. Advertisements for this position are placed in the local papers.
Position:
Land Acquisition Specialist (reference # GG-001-5002).
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or real estate experience;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Access to/ownership of an automobile; and
- A valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
Compensation:

2. Administrative / Data Entry Clerk
Position:
Administrative / Data Entry Clerk (reference # GG-002-5002).
This position is designed to provide support to senior management in several key areas of the company. The tasks are administrative and clerical in nature and will vary depending on business requirements. It will be critical that the candidate be able to follow set procedures and database instructions and meet specific throughput standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Minimal high school graduate or equivalent.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- A clean credit and criminal check is required for this position as is 2 verifiable references.
Responsibilities:
- Performs data entry and assembly and mailing of materials.
- Obtains documents and signatures as required.
- Prepares and sends “information packages” to prospective clients and sets up relevant documentation for files.
- Assist with filing of all related documents.
- Operate a variety of office equipment including phone system, copiers, facsimile machine and postage machine.
- Responsible for storage of related hard and soft files.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- The position pays salary commensurate with experience and requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
